Hello,
Can you help ID the part in the picture noted? (please see the picture attached) I do not see it on any other picture of this logic board. The symptoms for this MBP 2009 13" MC700LLA, 820-2530-A are No battery shown in system. A liquid spilled Ebay purchase, after cleaning and replacing the HD, HD cable and DVD, using a new battery I get to the desktop and it runs normal. SMC reset, EFI updated, new OS installed just no battery seen in the system bar.
Upon closer inspection I found this little guy seemingly lost. Could this cause the battery to not be seen? should I cut the little sucker off?

No problem with the logic board, the battery indicator cable was trashed. Ordered one on the way
