Please help [identifying app launcher]

I have been trying to locate and find what app is associated with the screenshot that I attached. I am fairly new to Mac and have been seeing this app launcher type app in a lot of webcasts that I have been watching. It allows the user to easily go back to recently opened apps. I have used QS and am using Alfred now as an app launcher, but this is a little different from those in that it seems to allow you to quickly go to a recently opened app. Any help would be great, thank you!
