Please Help: iPhone troubleshooting

My iPhone's screen has become completely unresponsive. I've held in the power and Home buttons for ten seconds; that didn't work. I've restored the phone; that didn't work, either.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, are there no other troubleshooting tips?
