Please Help! Jailbreak & Unlock Iphone 4 ios 4.2.1 with BB 03.10.01

Hello guys, i been away from the iphone for awhile.

I was wonder if jailbreak & unlock Iphone 4 ios 4.2.1 with Baseband 03.10.01 is possible yet?

If so, can anyone point me to any guide to do it?

since google must be down again - YES and baseband doesn't matter for jailbreking.
