Please Help! Live photos issue

Live photos on my 6s plus are playing back as if being fast-forwarded! There are a lot of skipped frames and missing data!
Can anyone please help?

I also encountered the 'Benny Hill' effect on my 6s one time
I just killed photos app and went back in. Seems ok since.

If you 3D Touch the Live Photos they will playback smoother.

I am using 3d touch. And I tried closing the photos app and turning it back on, but its still the same!

I am encountering the same issue.. The photo/video playback is very fast compared to how it should be or how it was advertised... I tried searching for any setting change I could do in the camera app but no luck yet...
