I had my nano replaced due to a non-functioning screen. Still under warranty, Apple shipped a replacement back to me when I was out of town. Fed-Ex took it off their shelf after 5 days and it has been returned to sender at their ACI location in Elk Grove, California.

I am finding little to no information about ACI on google nor how to acquire their phone number. All I have is a repair # that apple gave me and the physical address of where to find ACI.

I searched this site and found a phone number of ACI but when I call it someone named Steve is away from his desk. That happens everytime I call. I'm not sure it's even the correct number I'm looking for.

If anyone has a suggestion, please pass it on. I'd like to contact ACI directly. I've not tried doing the 1-800 journey from numbers found on apple's website but I will as a last resort.

Thanks for viewing my post.

Call Applecare with your case number and any FedEx information.

ACI is the name that Apple uses on shipments because they don't want to put on Apple Computer
