iPod touch Please help me in choosing...

Hiii... my ipod touch 32 gb becane dead recently....

Now i am getting

Ipod touch 32 gb 3g refurbished with 3 months warrenty - 6500 rupees ( 130 $$ )

Ipod touch 32 gb 4g new with 1 year warrenty 13000 rupees ( 260 $$ )

So which one should I buy and why ?? Is it worthy to pay double price for ipod 4g...??

Kindly help me in this decision

You won't get iOS 6 on the third generation, that's for sure.

I'd go with the 4th gen. The retina display and A4 chip make it stand out, plus it'll get iOS updates for longer than the 3rd gen one.

i would go with teh 4th gen, the 3rd gen probably will not be able to use ios6 becuase it is having problems with ios5 right now, and it is not as nice in comparison to the 4th gen. Since it is not going to be able to use ios6, then even if you get to use teh warranty on it in the next 3 years, you will not be able to enjoy it in comparison.
4th gen is totally worth it
retina display ( In comparison to the 3rd gen, much sharper and smoother picture)
ios5 (imessage, facetime, etc)
A4 chip

Go with the 4g if you can afford it, it is much better, ou have retina display, a4 chip, you will definitely get more updates and also you have cameras, I don't use the front camera but the rear one. I shoot videos all the time so it's a big plus to me and also you can record in 720p so I would definitely go with the 4g.
