Please HELP ME my iPhone was drop to concrete

my iphone drop to the concrete without any case and it take a heavy scratch on stainless steel band how can i fix can i use sandpaper or any way to fix that Please Help me 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

Put a bumper or case on it. It'll hide the scratch.
