Please!! help me remove Exchange from my ipod??

hello guys,
please could someone help me remove Microsoft Exchange from my ipod?
my ipod is 1G Jailbroken..
i just checked the whole net but found no answer or clue .. please have a look at the screenshot which will explain what exactly i want.

That picture you posted shows the setup screen for various email services, including Exchange. Since it's a setup screen, there's no way to change that. As long as you don't enter any information in the Exchange setup, there is no Exchange account on your iPod. Hope that helps.
