Please Help Me !!!!

Hello,

I have an iphone and a macbook. I notice this morning that all my contacts got deleted from my iphone and I freaked out. Then I said "hey, I got my contacts on my macbook, I can just sync them back in". So I did that and it erased ALL of the contacts stored on my macbook! Now I'm totally freaking out.

I have my HD backed up through my WD passport external hard drive but I don't know what to do to restore my address book on my computer and iphone. Can somebody please help me?

There are two things you can do for us.

First, edit the title of your thread (hit the edit button on your first post) to have something to do with your problem.

Then, edit your second post telling us how you solved your problem. That way when people who have your problem search for a solution, they can find your thread and see what you did to fix it.
