iPhone Please help no music app?!

Hi i updated my iphone 6 to ios 8.4 but strangely i dont see the apple music in my music app.
Didn't see a welcome screen when i opened music and not it is not precent in the settings.
What can it be? Anyway to fix it?

Apple Music service is available for israel? maybe that's why ypu can not see the app?

or check your restriction settings
