Question: I am trying to reserve a iPhone for my girlfriend. Every morning when I try to reserve one through the reservations page, it lets me select the iPhone I want, then I must send a SMS, after that SMS I get a respond that I have reached maximum iPhone reservations. I tried first my own Apple ID, again same respond after 1st SMS, "reached maximum iPhone reservations". I reserved one iPhone on this Apple ID about 4 weeks ago (my own iPhone). Now, I already tried 4 (!) new created Apple ID's and I still get the same responds. you have reached maximum iPhone reservations, after sending that first SMS when trying to reserve a iPhone for pick up at the Apple Store. More people experienced this? Any solution for this? thanks!
nope, An Apple rep. on the phone even adviced me to create a new Apple ID and then try to reserve a iPhone. Followed his advice now already with 3 new Apple ID's, still not working. thanks anyway for your time, normanfox!
