Please help! Photos and Music after Jailbreak

Hi everyone,

I recently was able to jailbreak my iphone 3GS and now I am struggling with how to copy photos and music from my mac to my iphone. Please help me!
I know I can't use iTunes anymore. Is there another way?

you can still sync with iTunes...why would you think you can't?

ohhh I can? it's not going to undo the jailbreak and unlock? Right now, when I plug in my iphone, it is asking me how to set it up - as a new phone?

yea, choose to restore from recent backup or start fresh and sync. Your choice.
