Please help: restore iphone apps from ‘mobile applications’ folder of my computer?

I’ve recently upgraded my iphone 2G to version 3.1.3 (using Redsn0w) but the apps that I had purchased through iTunes are missing (and cannot get them back because they are old versions and the new versions of those apps require a newer iphone model that I have). I have the original files that I downloades from Itunes in the "Mobile Applications" folder of my computer. But what I need to do to restore those apps in my iphone from that folder?
