I bought a Areca Thunderbolt RAID Enclosure ARC-5026 4-Bay, which i have filled with 4x2tb hard drives. I have been advised to set it using raid 5. I've got to a stage where it says 2TB support...
I have 3 options...

No
Use 64bit LBA
Use4K Block

I know nothing about raid, so don't know what to choose. I will be using the Raid system to edit video on and store video on.
 
yes, there is nothing that explains what these options actually mean.

Since this is something that you are going to be trusting with your data my advise would be to do some research and reading about RAID. A little effort on your part could prevent you from having data loss or from having the wrong stripe size resulting in a non ideal array configuration.
