    HI

I tried logging into the apple support forums but got the dreaded "An account utilizing this email address already exists" loop hole nightmare which apple seem unable to fix in over a year...

Anyway last night I left my mac downloading a trial version of Creative suite design and web premium - also downloading a creative suite torrent aswell - This morning I woke to the "you need to restart your computer, hold down the power button message - which after research is a kernal panic?? Im a girl please bare with me... Anyway I will post the log below and if anyone can help me with why I got this message and what is a kernal panic and if there is anything I need to do i will be more than grateful - thank you in advance.

Do you have any problems now, like not starting up or so?

If not, don't worry too much.

A kernel Panic happens sometimes, if it happens only once in a while like half a year don't worry.

Edit: What I do see now it is your GPU- graphic card which gave the problem, if this happens more then you might have a problem with it.

    Afternoon!

thank you for the reply...Well I restarted my computer and everything seems to be ok, i.e it hasnt happened again. But I wasnt sure if under the covers something might be wrong...

Re your edit - should I be worried - is there steps I need to take?

again sorry for my ignorance, thanks!

To be safe you should run Apple hardware Test (AHT) you can get more information here

If after running it has no errors you'll most likely are fine.
