iPhone SE (2016) PLEASE HELP!

See lots of ips crash reports in my analytics. Instagram ips reports, Rhoades Vehicular reports, caddilac cue, many more. Does this mean accounts have been compromised?
My phone has been acting weird and seems to transfer to new ones even driods. It's driving me nuts and could use any help. Once log into Instagram on a new device it always seems to effect the phone rite after.

Only because Instagram seems to have a bug or did or worse because had 5 phones be effected rite after I'd log into and majority of the reports are Instagram, familynoticationd, lot of keyloggers, thaitokener, plus other things idk why or what or nothing but trying to clear my head of it..
