ok so i just got my first macbook today :D i luv it its all sexy and everything.

ok soo i hook it up with the ac and its being charing for about 1.5 hours and the little light is allready green?

can i use it now?

if not should i wait another hour?

where can i see the cicles of the battery i dont know how you people see that?

asfter its charge ans verything what should i do?

Once the light goes green you can use it.
Make sure you Calibrate the battery sometime soon, and keep doing it every 4-6 weeks. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1490

Also, you can download coconutBattery which will allow you to see how many cycles your battery has and other battery health items.

yes. to keep these batteries strong you must

1. calibrate
2. draw down and charge up frequently.


however,

i've gone through only 30 cycles in the last 5 months.... and my battery is as strong as ever
