Please Keep It Simple for Stupid here.
I am on a PC not a MAC. I want to run apps on my iTouch.
I see on the threads mentioned Springboard, Summerboard and iJailBreak.
So being an a PC/Windows XP (thank god not Vista) what do I use to get apps on my iTouch and how?

Well, you need vista to do it :p jk

Search for touchFree on these forums and follow that. You will have an installer on ur iTouch after that from where you can install lots of apps.

Vista is not intuitive

My 11 year old figured out how to use Word in XP. With Vista even he is frustrated with it.
Installing program is even stranger.

1. Is this the right one (Windows XP) http://iphone.fiveforty.net/wiki/index.php/UIKit_Based_Applications ?

2. If something goes wrong, how do I remove?

3. Also do you have an idea how much room it talkes on the ipod itself?

1. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/367947/ - follow directions on this thread

2. If something goes wrong just restore the ipod through itunes.

3. Takes up barely any room at all. You wont even notice a difference in your space left.
