Try reseting the phone, press and hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time. This resets the phone, did you back your content prior to doing this?

Force it out of recovery using tinyumbrella, and if you have wifi sync installed on your computer uninstall it that program conflicts with itunes.

Why would anyone use wifi sync when they're trying to recover their phone? Personally, I don't get the hype about wireless syncing, but whatever.

Never said to recover the phone, but people have that program installed for ease of access without wires. All i know is if you have that program installed on your computer it hangs the installation.

My mistake. I thought people were using it while recovering their phone. I didn't realize it interferes even when not being used.
Sounds like a crappy program to me, if it interferes when not being used.
