I feel you. I had nothing but errors the entire time the app was open. I even tried my iPad.
I had to order through the website and I -originally- had a 17 date but then the Apple page went to an "Oops!" page and my delivery was pushed back. I'm just..over it.

I kept getting errors when the Apple Store app tried to contact Verizon. It slipped from 11/3 to 2-3 weeks to 4-5 weeks before my order finally went trough. 12/5 - 12/11 delivery date ☹️
 
11/3 space Gray 256gb. Ordered via the Verizon app, which pretty much destroyed Apple's app in terms of reliability and ease of use

11/17-24. Since I'm on a family plan with my brother. I had to call and get my sister-in-law's SSN at midnight. Then pick up for 11/3 was either account holder or authorized user. Wouldn't worry about that except they live 2 hours away! By the time I thought about all of this, all pick up was gone.

Eventually I just shipped to family member's house since I'll be there that week for Thanksgiving and was on a work trip and wouldn't have anyone to sign for it. Well I saved $6.50 due to lower sales tax though. Woo hoo! (rolling eyes)

if its 2 weeks id be furious. then I'd learn to live. lol

first truly new design since 2014. another week sucks but

Same for me. I went through the whole stupid process for AT&T account verification and then IT REJECTED ME! :mad:
I just said screw it and went to Verizon and ordered it. I just won't activate the account with Verizon lol.

silver 256gb and space grey 256 on nov 3rd. actually managed to post 2 different orders and get both of them on the 3rd

The site came live for me at 3:05 and my order processed at 3:07, and I got 1-2 weeks.
 
Got in at 3:02 through the app to see that my favorites weren't showing. Selected my configurations all over again and got confirmation email at 3:04 with Nov 3rd delivery. What happened with the favorites? Anyone else have the issue? Checked after the fact favorites showed up on apple.com but not the app. So weird.
 
Got in at 3:05, order processed/email at 3:07.

11/2-11/3 Ship Date (We will see how accurate that is).
