Took me 20 min to order. I entered to my bag, and the connection dropped. I got the 16" M1 pro, 16gb GPU, 32gb RAM and a 2tb SSD. Delivery date Nov 5-10.
 
It seems that custom order is taking considerably longer than pre-built ones :(

Apple Store IOS app almost always faster than MacOS. I ordered as quick as I could when Store went live. 14" Max 32GB 1TB. :)

Update: Canceled the original order after realizing 512GB SSD is BTO. Re-ordered same thing, but with 1TB. New delivery date: Nov. 2-9! 16-in., M1 Max, 32GB, 512GB, Space Gray. Tried to order repeatedly using the iOS app just before 2 pm. Failed consistently when trying to check out with Apple Pay. Switched to Safari on my iPhone. Success! Email from Apple at 2:03 pm. Delivery date: Dec. 2-9. (Boo.)

16 inch Max top spec with 64GB and 1 TB SSD. Coming next Tuesday the 26th. Ordered as the event was ending.
 
Good news! My custom spec'd delivery time went down from around 12/10 to 11/10..! Still a lot later than other folks here... but hopefully it'll go down further...

  • 16" / M1 MAX / 10-core CPU / 32-core GPU / 32GB RAM / 2TB SSD - Delivers Nov. 3-5
 
My delivery date was Oct 26, but this morning the arrival date is blank - website shows "Arrives" with nothing after it. Worried :(
