I have a ipad 5th generation with 10.3.3 jailbreaked.
I don't know if I should update to 11.3.1 for when coolstar release jailbreak to these version or remains with my current version

Update now and wait . Nobody knows when the jailbreak will be relaeased

We’re hoping it will be released this week sometime. But if you don’t update immediately Apple will probably stop signing iOS 11.3.1 then it will be to late. Probably be tomorrow morning or Tuesday at the latest it will stop being signed.
