Hi, I've read all the solutions proposed by people with the same problem from this forum, but none of them worked for me. I'm pretty sure it started when I quit "Finder" My desktop items are all gone! I tried restarting, I tried deleting "com.apple.finder.plist" but I didn't have "com.apple.FolderAction.plist" in Library Preferences, so I couldn't do that. I don't know what else to try! And when I search for something that used to be on the desktop (that I remember the full name to), I got no results! Were the items deleted?! I'm pretty sure they weren't though, because nothing in my Trash, and I don't remember emptying it with all that stuff in it! Please help!!
