Hi, I was watching a movie and suddenly my mac froze and it didn’t let me force quit the apps, so I turned it off from the power button, and when I turned it on back again, I got the chime sound but nothing happened after that. Didn’t even get to the logo, just a white screen stucked in the middle between the chime startup sound and the Apple logo. Tried safe mode but didn’t respond either. What should I do? Thanks
