Hi,my ipod touch 4 is jailbroken and it's on ios 5.0.1 can you tell me how to update to the newest ios 5.1.1 keeping it jailbroken and do i have to sync it and restore it or what???

You can't keep it jailbroken. First do a backup. Then you should restore and update to ios 5.1.1. Afterward you can jailbreak it on ios 5.1.1

Yea. But backup it to your computer or icloud first. Then update to 5.11

No. A backup to iTunes won't save your app data, but an iCloud backup should. Backup to iCloud, restore to 5.1.1, then choose "Restore from iCloud Backup".
