"Plug-in Failure" OS 10.8.1

Hi guys.

After my update to 10.8.1, Im having small problems all over.
And one of the major one is the "Plug-in Failure".

It doesnt happen all the time but 6/10 videos on YouTube, when I load them this is what I get.

I either have to reload the page or if that doesnt work, I have to quit safari and open it again.

Its pretty frustrating.
Anyone have similar problem or a solution to this?

Its annoying me for god sake.

Yep, I get this too. It's not just Mountain Lion, it happened under Lion as well. I ended up switching to Firefox which does not have this problem.

I have to use Safari since I got all the addons on there...
It never happened to me in Lion but after the 10.8.1 update.

It's almost guaranteed that any add-on you are using with Safari is available for Firefox, if you wanted to switch. If not, hopefully a future update will solve your problem.

Plug-in Fail OS 10.6.8

Running Snow Leopard - experiencing sporadic plug-in failure when listening to radio from another part of the country. Sometimes cuts out when I "search" on a different window.
Any suggestions?
