When is someone going to come up with a frontfacing camera that can be plugged into the 20pin connector port on the iPad that will allow you to FaceTime? It would be sweet!

Never. iPad 2 will have a built-in camera, and that will be the upgrade path for anyone wanting Facetime on iPad.

Oh yeah? I agree that iPad 2 may have built-in cameras but Apple are clearly not entirely averse to plugin kits that extend functionality.

If someone is going to do it, then it should look like the PSP camera which is rotateable by 180°, which would please those who constantly whine about needing a back facing camera.
