Plug iPod Into A Dock, Random Songs?

Since updating my iPod to iOS 7, whenever I plug it into my BOSE sound-dock, using a lightening adaptor, it just starts playing any old random song from my music as soon as I plug it in?

Any ideas?

Shuffle is ON as soon as I plug it in even though it is off in the music settings of the iPod.

Just tried with another non BOSE dock to see if the same thing happened - it did.

Seriously, plug in the iPod and it automatically starts shuffle and plays any old song off your iPod.

Have the same problem since updating to iOS 7 with my jvc car radio and JBL Sound Dock.
Did you find a sollution?

Never found a solution, exchanged the lightning adaptor too, just gave up on it in the end.

I found a workaround.

Creating Playlists.

While playling a playlist everything is like it was bevore the iOS7 Upate.
