Plugging in a Hard drive Seagate Momentus 5800.2

Hi
I would like to recover data from a laptop hard drive (Seagate Momentus 5800.2). Could I plug it into a Hard drive space in the Mac Pro? The main socket fits (7 and 15).
I cannot see what to plug into the four pin socket in the hard drive.
