OK, here's the rundown of what happened. I plugged in a USB flash drive, with a fairly large number of files on it, and after opening it in a Finder window, hit the green plus button. It was in icon view at the time, and after hitting the button the icons were rearranged into one long column, probably about 50+ icons long. This caused the window to be much longer than my screen with most of it past the bottom edge. There's no scroll bar on the side, so basically the only files I can access are the ones still on the screen. I can't resize the window because the lower right hand corner is, of course, way off screen. So, is there any other way to resize windows besides dragging the corner? Does anyone know why the window reacted this way in the first place? Other finder windows seem to work fine, its only the USB drive window. Thanks for any suggestions.
