Why after all these years with these phones that we know how to use don’t they let us hide the homebar it looks ugly and ruins the screen so many times I wanna put my finger over it and it makes the screen look better, how hard would a setting to be to remove it?

Despite many threads on the topic discussing the same thing it seems like it's still there. No one except someone at Apple would really be able to say much, if anything at all, about it one way or another.

I think there should be more home bars. And each should be a different color. And when you press them it should make more. Because i love homebars

(which is my way of saying - home bar is fine. Don’t see why people care, it doesn’t get in the way, and it does remind people of how to swipe up or left/right. )

its because apple thinks we are stupid, I hate the homebar thankfully a jailbreak might be working on ios 14 beta so I will wait to see if chainra1n does have it truly working so I can download at least battery percentage tweak and homebar removal

I remember that ol' Dan9700 used to take issue with this as well. What ever happened with him?

I rarely use iPhone nowadays and on iPad homebar is ok. So I think I’m fine here.

It’s especially frustrating when you’re watching web videos and scrubbing where it doesn’t disappear. At the very least it should disappear when an iPad is attached to keyboard.

I didn’t even realize until today that it shows up on screenshots. Took a screenshot of a nice drawing someone made and there it was ruining the drawing. At the very least compromise and give it some transparency.
