Plz help a vry confused me update iPhone 3gs jailbroken and unlocked

Aww ok. Her's is on 04.10.11 and I do not know what was used to unlock it. She's not as tech savvy so I do not want to do a tethered jailbreak because she would be lost if the phone ever turns off.

There is only 1 option to unlock hers was Gevey (turbo) sim. So, if you pop out hers micro sim tray, you will see the Gevy sim imposter in it.

Exactly.
I would just leave hers alone so she don't get stuck getting it locked. Cause then there's no turning back.
Don't do anything with unlocked and jb iPhones unless you're 100% sure you know what you're doing.
