Apps Podcast app

Not a fan of shows not going one after another, they just stop when done. This isn't a setting anywhere is it?

Isn't it doing the same on iOS? I don't listen on Apple TV because it doesn't sync as good. For iOS, I don't like it mainly because the iPhone's screen goes out while driving. Not safe to have to turn it on and dig around for another Podcast.
