Podcaster File Directory

Does anyone know where the Podcaster app stores its files? I am trying to see if I can move my podcasts from that directory to the regular iPod app (via SSH). Thanks!

Using iFile: The download directory will be var/mobile/applications/podcaster/library/caches/downloads

But you won't be able to put the files into the iPod app. They are rebated and catalogued by iTunes.
