Podcasting?

I'm trying to set up a podcast on my website, but have no clue how. I've googled all over and I am coming up empty.

Anyone know how I can setup a podcast and do interviews either online or over the phone.

There's an app called Nicecast. It allows you to share your audio stream online.

I managed to obtain a premium version of Nicecast if you want it you can download it from http://www.mediafire.com/?ezxzen21kjlsna4 use details from .txt file to activate version( if not already activated).
