Podcasts not saving time stopped

As title stated, my podcasts, before 4.1, would save the spot at where I stopped on my podcasts. Now, on jailbroken 4.1, they dont save anymore. Any solution?

Before you sync your iPhone with iTunes, were you listening to the podcast? I noticed that sometime if you have the podcast open, you will lose your time stamp. What I do is before I sync my phone, I would select some random song so I don't have that problem ever again. I hope this solves your problem.

Even if I dont sync and I respring my phone, it reverts to being unlistened to :/
