On the Apple TV 3rd gen why can u see movies bought and TV shows from iTunes but not podcats u subscribe to ?

I've subscribed to a bunch of podcasts/wanting to check, but iTunes doesn't show anything. Any reason for this lack of ? Since when u subscribe, it still is related to your account.
 
They are there on the Apple TV, but do not appear in iTunes for some reason, while TV shows and music u purchase are viable...


Wondering why podcasts are excluded when adding them from Apple TV?
