Like that one. Wanna see it how it looks with the iPhone and watch cords dangling out of it.

They also don't have any pics with the stand without a watch - so you can see how a watch, where you're not completely opening the band (like the link bracelet) would go on the stand.

I've ordered a Spigen I'm going to paint black. Think I'll stick with that one.

Not a fan of the Spigen offering so I'm going with the Poetic stand which can be had for 20 bucks on Amazon. It supposedly has space for an iPhone on the front.

It would have been good for them to have shown it with the phone. I think stands which hold the phone as well as the watch are definitely worth a second look.

Once you've got this stand can you post pictures of it please?

Thanks in advance

I have no idea what anyone is referring to regarding a link watch band. I have a sports band now and have the Milanese coming in June. You would absolutely be able to drape the top band over the top and thread the bottom band through the hole in the stem. If that seems a PIA you can just let the top band drape over and let the bottom band hang down while the watch is attached to the charger.

Well anyway, it's only twenty bucks so if it's a bomb I'll trash it.

The Milanese band does not/is not supposed to come all the way out of the clasp. To take it off you just loosen it and then pull over your hand like a bracelet.

The Milanese loop is one piece - there are no two pieces to slide through the hole in the stand. The only way that would be possible to charge a ML or link bracelet watch is by putting it on sideways at the top as that seems the only orientation where the band won't get in the way with it charging.

Ah I see what you are saying . Since the sport band is my every day band I don't mind using the poetic until something like the W3 is shipping.

lol, not sure why that was so hard to understand.

But again, not a good choice for for the two band types. Or either the leather loop.

Actually, this can be used by loop owners. Looking at some other stands that have the same issue show the watch being connected on its side with the crown pointing up. That works with all bands.

I really like the look of this but would like to see some pics with the phone and charging cables attached too. Will keep an eye on this thread if one of you would be so kind as to post pictures when they have shipped them.

An Apple Watch using a Link Bracelet or the Milanese Loop can be used with this dock if docked horizontally instead of what is being shown. Not ideal but an option.

Like so:

Spigen is nice too!

I just ordered the Poetic Stand on Amazon. My total was $14.90 with shipping.
It doesn't ship till June but I'm in no rush.
I have the Spigen Stand and like that one too. I ordered the Poetic Stand to use with my extra charging cable. I also, like that it supports my iPhone as well. I thought it would be cool to have two different stands that I like.

Also purchased 2x Poetic Stand. Hopefully a good solution until a beautiful dock for iPhone+iPad+watch or, which would be awesome, 2 of each (for gf and me) is released.

Poetic Apple Watch pic with phone

read that some of you wanted to see it with the phone too. It's on their amazon

Tale of the Tape

how was your order 14.90? it shows 19.99 plus shipping.

Just looked. You're right; guess either the price increased or it was a pricing error.
