Point and shoot camera with geotagging

Can anybody recommend a good point and shoot camera with geotagging capabilities, preferably under $250?

The only P&S camera I can think of that has geo-tagging is the Nikon P6000. Its list price is a little out of your price range but with a quick search on ebay found a couple of them going for $300 which seems very reasonable.
