I was always happy with 02 coverage in London. Had 2 nokia's and the dreaded Graphite which all had full 3G pretty much everywhere I went.

Now with Iphone I disable it because it doesn't work at my flat, I miss calls and it spends all day switching betweeen services killing my battery.

I think its more of an Iphone issue than O2?

Living in Watford and hadn't had any 3G issues until end of last week and now suddenly can't get 3G at work which had never been an issue? Customer support gave me a story about it being my sim although I still get 3G at home? Its not as strong as before though. Not sure if its o2 issue though because other phone users with 3G are still getting reception!? I'm just confused about why now? Its been fine for months now!

A guy at the store gave me the same crap sim card response. I took the same sim out of iphone and put back into my old nokia and everything worked perfectly, just as I told him it would. I wanted to bring the whole kit back and whack him over the head with it.

guess it should be network problem in your case since it's been working fine for months as you said. but how come o2's not improving but making their service worse?! completely baffled...

Yeah you would think its a network prob but people at work on O2 with Nokia and HTC have 3G so I fear its my phone:(. I don't think it will but I'm hoping the new sim might just sort the prob. Fingers crossed!
