768 mb RAM (upgraded from 256 mb myself), 40 gb HD (stock) in an ibook G4 1.07 GHz
to be replaced with MB or 13" MBP, as soon as the Back to School promo returns

Unibody Macbook; 2gb Ram and (IIRC) 160gb HDD. Both being maxed out when I can afford it.

320GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue, upgraded myself.

4GB Crucial 800Mhz RAM, upgraded myself.

White Early 2009 Macbook (April), model 5,2.

2GB ram and a 160gb HD

Need to upgrade my hard drive though.
It keeps getting filled and I don't like putting my stuff on my external...

Early 2008 "classic" mbp 2,5 ghz. 4gb ram & stock 250gb 5400 rpm hd.

Although the drive is getting small – with my music, most important work & creative files and a 75 gb win7 gaming partition, I don't want to open that machine. My previous 2 macs had to be opened due to hardware issues, I somehow like that baby to stay pristine. And I still have 500 gb in my iMac + 2 Lacie external hds with 500 gb and 1 tb. Enough space for now.

3 GB and 120 GB (5400). I upgraded it to 200 GB 4200 but eventually got frustrated with the slower speed and put the 5400 back in. It's no longer my primary system so I'd probably be happy with the 4200 again... but then again it's not my primary system so I don't need the extra space :p

System is a 2006 MBP, 2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo.

4GB, and just upgraded to 256GB SSD - loving it

I did the SSD upgrade myself. I bought an external enclosure, and used Drive Genius' boot DVD to clone my existing drive. Normally I would have used SuperDuper but I needed a bit-for-bit copy since I wanted to keep my three partitions intact.

The plan next year when my AppleCare expires is to swap out the optical for another SSD and make a RAID, or move my data partition to it :)
