Just wanted to have a place here to collect people's opinions on using developer beta 3 as a daily driver. Would appreciate overall feelings about it, I.e. Net result of good vs bad points of the beta. You're of course welcome to point out particular aspects that are bugging you, but please keep those brief as there are many IOS 10 sub threads here dealing with single issues.

It's a little tough to type in a forum without the page jumping to the bottom, and Notification Center sometimes freezes up, but other than that everything is good.

6S+ Verizon been running beta 3 since launch and it's been working great. Much better than 2 imo some minor freezing and hiccups here and there but overall very stable.

Don't run a Beta if you're not a legitimate developer, but I can tell Beta 3 is miles better than last year's beta 7 and GM... Finally Apple has taken back control of iOS development.

I just wish there were bigger user-oriented features. App redesigns are totally welcome, but I still feel like the evolution of iOS has been underwhelming since a few years.

Isn't that a bit presumptuous? I have beta tested Windows operating systems as far back as Windows 3.1 (as a user, not a developer) and I have been able to see and test apps from that view point. I have developed apps also, and I have appreciated learning from the users. Many times developers make assumptions that users do not, especially in the work environment.

This beta is much better than iOS 9. I'm not a developer but it's pretty smooth as a daily driver on my 6S. I just started to notice the forum jumping bug Lol

I liked it but I'm in the process of rating all of my music and that basic feature is strangely still missing so I'm back on 9.3.3.

Love it. The only problem I have is that app updates tend to hang up. But am using iOS 10 as my daily driver.
As in you try to install them and they don't really start and just go back to showing that an update is available?

When updating some apps won't install. I have to delete the app and try to install it again to get the update. This only happened a few times so it hasn't been a big problem.

4main things make me want to be on 9.3 but too lazy to go back. 2 are bugs and 2 might be features we're stuck with

-safari typing bug
-widgets don't load sometimes, need to reload tray
- the way notification quick actions are lost and you have to go via the View action first.
- the fact that alerts no longer have buttons and you have to drag down to see them and wait a short while before you can use the buttons. especiallly annoying for alarms!
