The keyboards are way better in zoomed mode, especially the landscape one, but the app icons look too big on the home screen. It's also a shame that they don't rotate.
Pity we can't just select the zoomed keyboards!

Using a 6 myself. Started off using normal. Trying zoomed.

Like a lot of what zoomed does but really feels like a half arsed job by apple.

Not everything needs to be zoomed. Notification centre looses out big time. Hue widgets drop to 4 (there are 5 in normal view). Talking of hue widgets. Why can't we have be on/off toggles in notification centre.

Safari benefits for me in zoomed mode. Why can't I set safari to be zoomed and other stuff/apps not zoomed.

Roomie remote looks better zoomed yet again no switch to choose.

Writing in apps like Instagram look better zoomed but don't affect much else.

Mail is similar.

Homescreen looks amateurish zoomed like they don't really care. I would like to use normal view in this and zoom and stretch out the icons myself. Is this too much to ask in 2014 December 26 rolling into 2015.

For Christ sake there are flying robots in the sky shooting and bombing people but we can't get this right?

I don't feel like I'm asking too much. Not really. Where is all the money going apple?

Zoomed mode on my 6. Standard is too little. I also have text size up one notch. I have 20/20 vision, but I just prefer the zoomed look.

i don't understand why the zoomed option on the iPhone 6 , the icons become bigger than the zoomed option on the iPhone 6 plus!!!

if the icon sizes on the zoomed option on the iPhone 6 plus are as big as the icons on the zoomed option on the iPhone 6, i would consider buying it.

The best bit for me about standard view and then choosing larger text is the menu icons and menu bars remain small and out of the way (in apps) like a good os should.

I think if apple gave me zoomed Safari and let me resize icons on homescreen (myself to my chosen sizes) I'd be pretty damn content.

Was using Standard up until a few months ago I decided to try Zoomed. Love it. The icons are bigger and everything is easier to read. I makes the 6 Plus really feel like it's a bigger phone with the bigger content. I'm not even that old either.

Only negative is the loss of landscape mode on the home screen.

Its been a while. Wondering how people feel now?

I changed to zoom last night. There is a lot I like about it now and a lot I don't. One thing I came away with is the choices app developers make in designing for the iPhone 6 and I think its a compromise a lot of the time or a wrong decision other times.

Some of the UI elements in apps are obviously better in zoomed mode. They should look bigger. Yet in standard the app developers have chosen to go small to make it look more in tune with the home screen.

I don't think fragmentation of screen sizes is that good a thing. I don't think designing to eye candy is always the best way to approach things.

Interested in what others think.

and my next iPhone maybe a + model as I've gotten used to the 6 size and tried the + in my pocket the other day and its not as big as when I had my 5S
