I got mine from the Apple store and there's a light leak. I recorded videos and voice memos without WiFi on so there have been no clicks but my God, there's so much static! I'll have to test it out on Monday or Tuesday and see how it records lectures. Mine also has a gap at the top of the screen and dust has settled there but it isn't cause for return... can't expect perfection from technology.

Light leakage, really small 2 dots on the right side ... not sure if I will bother returning it, since it will be in my pocket most of the time anyways. (Bought it for music mainly)

I have the same issue as above + the video clicking. Didn't really notice this until this thread. Now my OCD is kicking and it is going to drive me crazy.

I've been having a problem with the battery draining fast while I'm using the device and nothing is open, but Wi-Fi is on. When I leave it asleep for 10-20 minutes, the battery only loses 1-2%...This better be software related...

This is the first time I hear about the green circle issue. You should definitely take it back!
