I'm tired seeing those "post your....thread" I'm not surprised if someone comes up with the "Post your toilet seat thread"...please don't!

Don't even suggest/mention it 2nyRiggz, someone is likely to take a look at your post and create just a thread. ;) :D :)

I hate the "buy now or wait" the most. There's a nice buyer's guide on the site that's a decent indicator of what people should either buy now or wait for...

My (insert Apple product) sucks

There are quite a few members that are all excited about a new product one month, buy that product, then constantly start with the "My (insert Apple product) sucks nonsense . This usually starts when someone else such as Lenovo, Sony, Dell or any other brand X comes out with a faster, sleeker, more feature rich product.

That by itself isn't really the problem, as I can understand a little of that attitude. It is when they insist on pushing their opinion on other people , and post slander at said others, that it starts to bother me. Just because product A doesn't fit your high and mighty needs anymore, doesn't mean that product B by some other brand X is better for someone else who is seeking product A.

It is fine to give advice to those asking questions, or post an opinion to those not seeking that advice. However, you don't need to be an asshat™ and start with public ridicule (or otherwise) if they don't see it your way.

Si, señor:
Psycho: The name's Francis Sawyer, but everybody calls me Psycho. Any of you guys call me Francis, and I'll kill you.
Leon: Ooooooh.
Psycho: You just made the list, buddy. Also, I don't like no one touching my stuff. So just keep your meathooks off. If I catch any of you guys in my stuff, I'll kill you. And I don't like nobody touching me. Any of you homos touch me, and I'll kill you.
Sergeant Hulka: Lighten up, Francis.

SUCH a great movie.

I hate those threads where someone is complaining about other threads. Especially when it has the term official in it. Even worse when it has some kind of arbitrary poll. Man I hate those. :p

Of course, I keep clicking on them, so what do I know.

I'd say that some of the ablove annyos me. But I really hate

My ( insert apple product here) sucks!

if apple sucks, then why do you even visit the forums?

About the only thing I find distressful is when deliberate, untruthful, anti-Apple campaigning takes place. For example:

Someone posts, "Apple sucks, Dell is a much better deal". Then he says he has a Powerbook, a Mini, an iPod and a Mac Pro and is not bashing Apple. But, he continually posts Dell sales ilk. Now, I see far too many inconsistencies in this. I think he is lying through his teeth. The question is why? Would someone do this for their own perverse satisfaction? Perhaps, but I would certainly think this would be an incredible waste of time. I suspect negative campaigning by Apple's competitors. And, if you think that sounds paranoid, please remember how republicans campaign, or watch a little Fox News.
