Nah. They shouldn't bother making them at all. They're ugly and other OEMs do it better.

No. To much added weight to such a small device, in my opinion.

No. Personally I don't think most SE owners are power users so I think it would be pointless.

Quite a few actually. And I know a lot of people like myself picked one up as a go between device. When I'm going out for the evening and I don't want to carry my 7+, switch the sim over to the SE. It has a ton of power, camera is great and its small form factor is perfect for evenings out. Most of the time I have my 7+, but it's not always needed. Prices on the SE are great too, plenty of used ones out there.

No, Seems like it would defeat the purpose of buying a SE. They get pretty good battery life as is.

5 and 5s users would also be able to take advantage of a battery case designed for the SE.

I currently use a 5s 16g Iphone and intend to replace it with a SE 64g when I qualify for a discounted phone by my carrier. I would not use a battery case, I like the slim compact size of these Iphones with my Magpul Bump case.

The battery case is an admission the 6 had insufficient battery life. No need

Doesn't seem like one thing implies the other. It could certainly be made to fit that of course.

All I'm saying is the battery case was something Apple didn't want to do and therefore they're not likely to do again.
