Internet Explorer FTW! w00t!:D

Nah, I prefer Safari cause:
Faster
Better stability (doesn't crash like FireFox)
Best-looking interface
Made by Apple:D
Cool dock-icon...

what does uno do exactly?

It unifies the entire OS, so if you don't want that then you would have to use a Safari specific unifier. It looks excellent, IMO. I don't like brushed metal

I've been using firefox - it's my primary browser - and I love the search engines and plug-ins. However, I'm getting extremely annoyed by it's little bugs that have been around since 1.0: randomly frozen nav bar, poor ability to refresh a page (!), overly picky about web code (never set a table with a number ending in 1!). On the last, I know it's ideal to have everything up to standard, but it's not so why torture the user with it. I like Shiira, but it still needs some work to be a useful browser. Opera (with Safari-like bruched metal skins!) is a great browser, but I just haven't gotten into it (I used it all the time on my last peecee). Camino is also good, but it suffers from the same annoying problems as firefox reading shabby code. I'm gonna check out omni-web - but with no tabs it seems like it might be a waste of time.

I won't abandon Safari until Firefox can impress me.

i agree and i would say IE too. i tried using firefox and i didnt notice a difference except for the interface that i wasnt used to so i just stopped using it.

I'm using Firefox, but have noticed lately that it is eating ram. I might try another browser for a while.
I'm on Safari 1, which I didn't find great, so can anyone reccommend an alternative for me?
The time I really switched from Firefox 1.0.7 to Opera 8.5 was then Ubuntu used 1.0.7 and refused to update until next revision of the whole OS, and by that time firefox 1.0.7 leaked memory like hell, I mean like 1.5-3GB of ram hell...

Might have memory leaks now to, what do I know, I'm happy with opera.

Safari often eats most of my CPU.

Atm Opera 9.x seems to take all my CPU, I guess it's some flash or such, should close some tabs. I have 49 tabs open atm and Opera 9.x uses 304MB ram. Safari would probably have crashed already, I would be interested to know how much ram omniweb would use with that amount of tabs, might be better, haven't tried it.
