Upgrading from a Jet Black iPhone 7+, I went with Silver this time to match my Stainless Steel Apple Watch. It's beautiful and exceeded my expectations. :)

What did you get?

I’m really doubting between Silver and Space Gray.. what do you guys recommend?

I’m afraid the SG will scratch (revealing the stainless steel under the dark coating).. I know the Silver would easily scratch too, but i’ve Read that it’s easier to polish.

I know it’s a phone so normal small scratches I won’t mind, just don’t want scuffs or the coating wearing off..

That's basically the reason I went for white. Plus I usually alternate between light and dark colours when changing phones. This time was light time! First iPhone hype!
 
"Results only visible after voting"

Not the best thing to do for accuracy without a 4th 'null' option. Otherwise, you'll get people voting randomly just to see the results. Like I'm tempted to do.

I’m merely trying to gauge opinions on the colours and the current results are as expected, the new hyped gold Color is winning by a slim margin while last years two colours have roughly the same

I got the silver. The gold had me tempted, it's not a flashy gold, but it wouldn't match any other of my Apple and tech stuff which are either silver, white or gray/black.

If I was going to buy a new iPhone Xs/Xs Max, it would most likely be a Space Grey Max.

I haven't decided if I'm getting one, or if I'm going to get an XR, or an iPad and make do with my useless Android AU$120 stop-gap.
 
IF I were to get a Max, without having seen the Gold in real-life, I would choose that gorgeous pearl-esque silver. [I didn't yet vote, so I'm not skewing the results.]

However now that we'll be able tol see Gold on the shelf starting today, I'll re-evaluate if I am compelled to order.

Gold. I previously had black, slate grey and space grey phones up until the 8+ which lovely. The Xs Max is exactly what I had hoped for since the white bezels on the 8+ annoyed me sometimes.
 
Space Grey.

Just got mine and I noticed that it's slightly darker than last years iPhone X in Space Grey
 
deciding between Space Grey or Silver..
currently have silver X.

I don’t know why they call it silver anyways,only the edges are silver,back is white.

I wish Space Grey was darker on the back though.didn’t really like the faded grey look on X.

I wonder if Space Grey on XS (Max) is the exact same color as iPhone X?

I have zero interest in the gold one,to me its the ugliest and least appealing color.
