For those who do not know, Time Travel was a feature launched with watchOS 2 which allowed the user to turn back or advance the time using the Digital Crown to see information on watch face complications pertinent to a particular time. This feature disappeared with the launch of watchOS 5.

As I understand, supposedly Time Travel was a rarely used feature and had to be manually enabled (which sometimes can result in the novice user or non-techie nerds like us unaware of the existence of such a feature).

Personally, I loved Time Travel as I could easily and quickly check the weather for a particular future outdoor event I was attending, upcoming calendar appointments, go back and see my activity rings progress, and plenty of other abilities without ever opening the particular apps. At first, I thought it was no big deal it was gone. But 10 days after wOS 5 going public, I now realize just how much I used and relied on that feature, and how much I want it back. This reminds me of Apple pulling iPhone music controls from watchOS 4, then later returning the feature in wOS 4.3 after plenty of vocal criticism.

Curious to know how many think like I do and want to see Apple return it in a future update.

As much as I thought time travel is a really interesting feature when they demoed it back for watchOS 2, I never used it. I personally would not care if they did not return this feature.

Don't have an apple watch yet but this feature would certainly help me. I generally have a few activities planned via calendar or reminder for things to complete after I get off work, and in order to prep for those I look at them earlier in the day before they come up - so I could see this feature being very handy for me.

I tried it a few times when I first got the watch but didn't find it useful. Haven't used it in a year and don't miss it.

I certainly want it back. As someone who does lots of walking outside, time travel allowed me to figure out the ideal time to be outside, based on my schedule, just by glancing at my watch and turning the crown.

I didn’t use it but I don’t see why they couldn’t add it as a feature to turn on/off.
